I wish I could give it no stars!

Customer service is absolutely dreadful. They say three days then after tou order they tell you 15 days. No one is contacting g us back and we ordered the hoverboard on the 4th of November!

Currently seeking legal advice as to what we can do to get our money back. This was meant to be a kids birthday present, the birthday was last week!

UPDATE: The company actually reported this review to try and get it removed. This isn't defamatory, simply a fact.
