Easy to set up, less straight forward afterwards

Added 3 properties with different start dates and gas safety check renewal dates. Easy to set up on the phone but now have to wait to input the gas safety check dates. Would have been really convenient to have been able to enter straight away which takes away the risk of forgetting to log back in in a month to enter them.

In regards to Gas Safety due dates, whilst we do have the function for policy holders to use their online portal to enter these dates, along with other profile details at a later date should you not have the right details on hand at the time of sign up, we would be more than happy to enter those details in for you over the phone if you have them available and ask us to do so.
