After sales are very poor

After sales are very poor, reported breakdown on the tea time and told they would ring back the following morning. No one called so rang back on hold for 45 minutes and having to wait 2 days for an engineer.
They did not ask if I was old or vulnerable to prioritise.
They increase the monthly price without notification and they don't issue notification when the boiler service is due, I would look at alternative providers.
