What an incompetent bunch
Three weeks ago I ordered groceries online for my elderly Mum before my wife and I went away for a fortnight. Mum can't get out and depends on us to shop for her. Many of the items were missing, including her Saturday newspaper which she relies on for her weekly TV guide. I complained and received a £15 e-voucher. Yesterday I ordered goods again (click & collect this time) and, lo and behold, the exact same goods were missing again. When I walked into the store, all of the items that were "not available" were sitting proudly on the shelves, clearly available for purchase. Asda is clearly simply incompetent at processing orders and cannot be trusted to deliver in any sense of the word. No wonder over 70% of these reviews leave only 1 star. I would give zero if the system allowed it. I have also complained to them again so await their response.
