One wonders whether the Prudential are…

One wonders whether the Prudential are having financial problems since they will do anything not to pay out your investment.

I have a small pension with the prudential so decided to cash in at 55. After numerous forms, telephone calls, the last correspondence I received informed me I would receive my payout five days after my 55th birthday. This has not happened. After wondering where the money was, I rang. After over an hour on the telephone I was told I would be called back as there is a marker on my account, no-one seems to know why and when it will be resolved. Now having read some of the other reviews on this site I am concerned I will not receive it at all.

Surely it is illegal to behave like this.
