Terrible service
Terrible service. They subcontract repairs to local operators without telling you and take payment before the visit. I booked an appointment on line to repair my fridge freezer for a date which was not honoured. A repairer came the day after and said it needed a new part which he would order. A week later after no contact whatever, all I am told is that the part is on order and they have no idea when it will arrive. The repairer seems to have zero communication with Repaircare leading to long delays and no updates for the customer, who it seems doesn't matter once they have your money. I will never, ever use this company again and I advise you not to as well.
