Made wrongly, inadequate customer service
One sleeve is bigger, the zip doesn’t lay flat in various places and the back and when I called customer services I was told to write an email or since I needed a quick replacement; an event the folllowing day, to go onto social media to sort it out. 10 days later I’m still waiting for a response on social media

We don't currently advertise a contact number for customer care, so it sounds like you may have called reception at our Head Office, who would only be able to advise on the means of contacting us.
