It’s been two weeks and my order has not even shipped. No information no emails of delays no anything. And I’m still waiting

We didn't actually have a process in place to notify customers such as yourself in situations where an item is back ordered. Based on your reviews and feedback, we are changing this by putting a notification process in place for the future so this does not occur again.
