Always a great experience. Site is easy to navigate and compare items to each other for price, shipping times, etc. Checkout is a breeze and I especially like being able to leave notes about color distribution among pieces.
If you pay attention, you will see that the number of days before the items ship out is very different from one seller to the next. I always go with the sellers that ship out within 2-4 days rather than those where the time is 20 days or more. Faster shipping items will sometimes cost a tiny amount more per piece, but I'm buying in quantity because I need them quickly.
Have never had any issues with a purchase I made through DHGate; I'm a frequent flyer!
