Recently traveled over from Ireland to buy a car. The car had been in the Norwich Branch which was a bit of a trek for me - so for a relatively small fee - Tracy in Customer Services arranged to move the car to the Manchester Site. The staff in Manchester - Simon, Shaun and Rash could not have been better but for me Tracy is the reason I bought this car - she was fantastic! Its a difficult one - purchasing essentially remotely but the guys have this whole thing down to and art and I was able to do it all over the web. My car was ready for me to pick it up when I arrived and 90 minutes later after a test drive and inspection - I was on my way.
