I have the 3 set of knives, the Ox board & the sharpener & would heartedly recommend all to all. The knives are stunning & the sharpener once a week is enough to keep them working beautifully. The Ox board is big, bold & beautiful & will outlast me, a real style statement if you have the room.
Unfortunately a rivet on the Petty knife broke after 6 months but true to his word (& their guarantee) Bert replaced it immediately without question & they have all performed faultlessly since.
People can moan about the cost but for me I concentrate on the value & TOG products have it in spades don’t wait lump right in.
Lastly I would recommend you watch the “how to videos” & follow the advice to keep them sharp & in perfect condition.
