Great product but poor service ,
Yodel misplace the order and inform them that its lost which is no fault of my own ,
Having to wait weeks to get them to just resend out a new order then to get told I will have to wait on head office to fix the problem
Then when I decide I want to cancel the order to get my money back I have been told they don’t know when and I should wait for contact from them
Very unfair as it's not my fault surely once you find out that yodel loose a customer's order you would think they would apologies and send another one soon as
I have purchased they products for some time and to be treated this way is not fair and not good customer care…
