DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAYS WITH TRAVELSOON THROUGH ICE LOLLY HOLIDAYS,
I went on the ice lolly website as i hear they have a good reputation. I booked a holiday through Travel Soon who work under the umbrella of IL. To say my accommodation was terrible is an understatement. It was so bad i stayed for 10 minutes and was left to fork out an added £350 to stay elsewhere. Travel Soon are refusing to give a penny of my money back and Ice Lolly say they cant help.

As you're already aware, icelolly.com is a comparison website for holidays. As such we aren't a travel company and therefore, we don't sell flight tickets or holidays. The holiday deals advertised on our site are provided by a range of independent travel companies. In this case, you had booked your holiday with Travelsoon.
Once we were alerted of your holiday experience, we immediately escalated your concerns to their management department despite Travelsoon already conducting their own investigations. It is with regret that icelolly.com has no control over the travel companies which advertise on our site and cannot influence their decision as the contract was made with Travelsoon and we have no involvement in the booking process.
I would like to apologise once again for your experience and hope that you do reach a resolution with Travelsoon.
