AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I booked a holiday with this company and they literally sent me to the worse hotel i have ever seen. It was that bad i stayed 10 minutes.
Being a solo female traveller i felt unsafe and the accommodation was definitely not 3* as they advertised. I had to pay £350 for alternative digs and then to add insult to injury
Did not get a penny back from Travelsoon.
Disgraceful company.

Firstly I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your accommodation in Zante, it is never our intention for our customers to be dissatisfied with the hotel in which they have booked, and we are very sorry you felt this way.
I can see that your claims regarding your hotel were sent over to your accommodations supplier and they have liaised with the hotel in question, I do believe you have received the response from them of which they have disagreed with your comments, we appreciate this is not what you wanted to hear but this has been fully investigated, it is also the first complaint we have had regarding this accommodation.
I do hope you enjoyed some aspects of your holiday in Zante.
