Didn't even get started with them

Didn't even get started with them. Contacted sales chat to ask questions which of course people will do before choosing this company for something as important as your business accounts.

I get 3 questions in and she replies to my question with "I would love to help you more but we have limited resources if you want more help read this (A page I had already read) or email this email address.

What kind of support is that? Insane! Glad this happened when it did I would not touch this company with a barge pole. If that is their level of pre-sales support I certainly wouldn't trust their member support.

Perhaps you could spend more on support and less on expensive TV ads.

This year I went back to give them another try after a friend said they had a good experience with them. After signing up and wasting about 3 hours I find out they only allow a single PayPal account for a sole trader. This is totally ridiculous. Many sole traders have more than one small business and each of those businesses will have separate financial accounts. This is totally useless to me. Support is marginally better though.
