How do they survive?
It is hard to see how this company is still in business. Yesterday I tried to buy a £300 gift voucher for my daughter and after a lot of false dawns the computer declined my card even though there are plenty of funds.
Today I tried again, this time by phone. I got transferred 5 times and the last said I had the wrong department because I needed the booking number on my ticket.
I'm now looking elsewhere.
