How do they survive?

It is hard to see how this company is still in business. Yesterday I tried to buy a £300 gift voucher for my daughter and after a lot of false dawns the computer declined my card even though there are plenty of funds.
Today I tried again, this time by phone. I got transferred 5 times and the last said I had the wrong department because I needed the booking number on my ticket.
I'm now looking elsewhere.

I have reviewed the details with our relevant team and was advised that there was no issue with our website. Our other customers have processed the transaction successfully. There could be an issue with your bank's payment gateway due to which your transaction could be unsuccessful.

Please be advised that you need a booking reference to contact our Customer Service Team for a flight/ hotel or package booking. Alternatively, customers may call from their registered contact number. However, for gift card related issues we have a dedicated contact number which is mentioned on our website in the Gift Card tab.
