There is no mention of the fact that Luggage charges are NOT included in the price quoted.
There is no mention of the fact that Luggage charges are not included in the price quoted, and there is no mention that this needs to be added. It’s only when the payment process fails and you need to speak to a person that this information is given to the customer.
Surely everyone takes some level of luggage on a fortnights holiday so why is the charge not shown or even hidden?

Due to us as a company trying to provide the best price our online system picks up the cheapest airline fares, and as a lot of airlines now are offering fares without luggage included our system picks these up as they are the cheapest option. We are trying to update our system to avoid these booking but at present this unavoidable.
We will pass a note to the IT department to try and add a note with regards to "luggage may not be included"
