AWFUL customer service
Despite ordering the correct items as advised BY E-Spares website, and having those correct items confirmed by e-mail, E-Spares sent completely the wrong items. Then when I e-mailed them several times to ask about returning the wrong items, it took 3 days for them to even reply. And despite their website falsely advertising as "Hassle free returns" they did nothing but complicate the return and several times suggested that I had ordered the wrong item DESPITE their previous acknowledgement that I had ordered the correct item ! APPALLING customer service, and I only gave ONE star as I DID eventually get a full refund after two weeks.
