I know it happens

I know it happens, but the shoes I received were torn and scuffed and when one lives in Singapore and you decide to use a courier service that partners with Singpost, then this is a recipe for disaster as they are not fit for purpose. Three days to get from UK to Singapore, a distance of 6,000 miles and then 8 days to travel the last 15 miles form their depot to my house. Plus, they don't track it so there is no way to know where it is. My son left for a basketball competition in London and no shoes. Not at all impressed

I am very sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your order - I have looked into this and can see that your order was shipped to you via the standard delivery service as chosen at checkout. This service was tracked via Royal Mail and was passed on to Singpost when it arrived in Singapore.

Due to the unfortunate damage to the shoes I can confirm that your order was refunded on 18/03/2019 and that the funds should clear back to the Visa used within the next 10 working days if they have not done so already.
