Nice bouquet design but poor delivery and lack of water to keep flowers alive in delivery
Bought a year's subscription, generally good flowers but multiple problems with delivery company. A number of times the flowers were a day later than despatch / delivery date and had clearly been left in the box, often with many stems without water. Tried to work with customer service but very underwhelming level of support / compensation for these issues. The delivery company had clear delivery instructions on how to find our house, and given we had a monthly delivery for a year, there should be no excuses to find the property correctly, especially after having an issue/ refund for some of them . Have not renewed the subscription consequently.
