Flowers funeral!

Flowers were for a funeral.
I received an email about an unsuccessful delivery but the reason
being that “they are no longer at this address!” Yet,I could see in the attached picture, the funeral directors that it should have been delivered too!
I had stated in notes that the delivery had to be before 9.30am and I paid an extra £8.95 but the delivery was made at 13.18!
They were meant to be my tribute and I trusted it would have been delivered correctly.
Luckily I contacted flowerstation via order confirmation email and they sought to put this right. On second delivery no card left so had to instruct receipant on where to get them from!Was told flowers were beautiful but they didn’t look like the picture. Chose flowers due to it having yellow persons favourite colour! Delivery and communication seemed the main issue. Good they take pictures and attach to communication but the need to drop cards for receipant.
Customer service made the difference although they missed the funeral, otherwise would definitely not use again.
