They say the sign of a good company is how they rectify their mistakes & in this my experience of photobox has been great. My original order was substantially delayed over the Xmas period & did not arrive on time & when it did arrive the spine was faulty & the book fell apart. Rather poor to say the least. However to rectify this their client servicing was faultless & the replaced the book free of charge & expediated the order. I am happy to recommend them (before now the product has been great) but hope my original experience was a one off!
