Good communication

Good communication. No issues apart from smart meter not giving any gas readings but no problem getting new meter installed - though smart meter in house still doesn't give a reading.Tonik said could take upto 6 weeks following installation of new gas meter - I need to chase this up as now well over 6 weeks. But, I have renewed with them as rates on par with others.
