appalling customer service
for the last four days iv rang,text, and messaged talk talk as i have had no broad band or phone service. i have also had to take a day off work at more expense to me to wait for an engineer ... and i am constantly being fed the same loop of we are doing this that the other..... an absolute joke of an outfit. i still have no service no call time on my mobile .. and all they do is tell me ring on a phone i dont have or follow this link on a internet connection i dont have..... i have had to come around to my sons to pay online bills and leave this review...... absolute joke..
