Procedure took far too long and the customer service team lied to me about certain parts of the process. They ‘forgot’ to do parts of their standard procedures and I had to chase them up every single day to make the process move along. Unacceptable when considering how much this service costs. Promised the world when you are sold but it takes two months to get your claim through, which meant I was without a car for two months.
