Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. Horrendous customer experience. Everything is someone elses fault. Pay the extra guys - go elsewhere - cheap and not cheerful. Awful. Horrendous. Worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with in a very long time.
**Update** After 4 days being given the run around - I, the customer called DHL - Autodoc had not given the correct postal code as I had entered on my order. I will prove this when I get the parcel. All Autodoc had to do was follow up with their carrier - DHL. But no, they chose treat this customer to poor and uninformed, sarcastic emails and messages via Facebook and Email communications. Horrible and inept and still blaming someone else. Take ownership.
**Update** I've now been refused a refund despite being inside 14 days which I believe is a breach of my consumer rights - still no part ***
Autodoc response is incorrect - no postcode issues on my side - just horrible customer service
