The platform is easy and there is a cashless payment arrangement with some clinics which are great.
I have experienced two times delayed in handling reimbursement from network clinics that I had to get involved to speed things up. This should not be necessary.
Wrong payments from time to time.
Customer service response generally not too fast, and sometimes need to get RM involved.
