As an eBay business we have used P4D very regularly over the past 3-4 years and have found their website and customer service very good indeed (with a standard £50 compensation). Their prices are a touch higher than other sites but the peace of mind we have with them is worth every penny of the small additional cost. We've had awful trouble in the past contacting other online courier agents (P2G as an example).

We tend to use their UPS and Collect+ drop off services, with ParcelForce occasionally. Their overseas service using their own courier (FedEx, we believe, shipped via their offices in Banbury) is very good as it's both affordable (via Collect+ initially) and convenient as they print out and sort the customs forms.

P4d offers a superb pre-buy credit system where you can buy £1,000 worth of credit and receive a 10% bonus (much better than any bank's interest rate!). Fast replies to emails and also online chat facility. No real issues yet and so we'll continue to use them indefinitely.

Not sure if it's because we're regular customers but we have a direct dial number so, if we need to (only on occasion), we can call up and speak to an actual human being - very useful if there is a slightly fiddly or urgent query with an order!
