We bought a set of furniture for our baby girl in Croydon branch.
It was scheduled to be delivered on 23rd of August. The day before delivery was going to take place we have received email telling us that due to some "unforeseen circumstances" order will be delayed and it was automatically re-scheduled for 8th of September.
Its 8th of September, no news about delivery, I've decided to call them and surprise-surprise, there will be no delivery today due to "computer system glitch" read complete incompetency and dont-care-about-existing-clients attitude.
Avoid those cowboys!!!
Stick to the likes of John Lewis and Amazon, looks like other retailers are still stuck in Wild West era...
