Frustrating Cancellation Policy
Honestly, I'm very frustrated right now. I learned that I had to cancel my flight due to a work. This was LESS than 24 hours after booking it. I understand that it is typical for companies to have cancellations fees, but it is pretty standard that if you cancel within 24 hours, there is no fee. I think it's ridiculous that JustFly doesn't follow suit.
The customer service representative I talked to was equally infuriating. "Bobby" came across as very condescending and unhelpful. He proceeded to explain to me, in length, that I should purchased travel insurance and all the specifics that entailed. Um, I know what travel insurance is, thank you. This was my first time booking with JustFly and it will be my last.
