I work on my own in a remote location and internet connection is essential. Had router problems and contacted XLN at 0900 monday morning. The technician was really helpful and went through the issues step by step in a way that was understandable to me. (I am not very computer/router/internet literate!!!!) The issues couldnt be resolved simply so he showed a lot of patience and professionalism in looking for different ways to get the problems sorted out. After about 45 minutes all issues were resolved. . Thanks very much. For XLN info the incident number is 60415518
