Disgusting customer service
Terrible customer service/ I couldn’t score “0” Stars in the review section or I would!
Moved into a one bedroom apartment, with one living-diner and small kitchen and small bathroom - meter reads were submitted on tenancy , within two months I had miraculously generated a £1000 usage bill !
The support given trying to sort this out is terrible and ongoing.
I wish I had never heard of “Spark Energy “ the customer care is non existent, the billing isn’t clear and concise, they basically keep rolling out different tariffs to confuse the hell out of you and then skirt around their inability to get to the root of your problems!!!
STEER WELL CLEAR YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!
I’d be surprised to see my review go live as it shows a” too honest “ opinion of this farce of a company
