Completely satisfied, and highly delighted! I ordered a basket arrangement for Mothers Day, the order having been processed and delivered through Roys Florist in Gosport, Hants. The arrangement was perfect and delivered exactly on time as promised. I have previously used other (more local) florists and been very disappointed by the poor service I have received and the quality of the flowers delivered, so it was a relief that Roys, via eflorist, go it so right.
