No tracking number in "despatched" email
Ordered one of their rugs through Amazon. Then Homescapes sent me a despatch email that didn't even have a tracking number on it ! (but they just blamed Amazon) Two emails and two phone calls to Homescapes and finally they cut and paste the tracking ref to me in an email. They use Yodel by the way.
Then they sent the rug folded, for heaven's sake. Which means you'll need a steamer to get the creases out. And rug is totally different shade to the one in the Amazon picture.
Suggest you avoid this company, all I got was vague excuses from them; they don't even reply to you unless you ring them.
