Delivery driver, Robert, telephoned and confirmed delivery time schedule between 10/1300. They arrived at 1030 and offloaded my sofas and placed them where I wanted. They tidied up all packaging and gave me plenty of time to inspect the sofas and make sure I was happy. Robert and Francis were very courteous and professional and I can only thank them for their work ethic.
