Great coffee - terrible customer services

Great coffee - terrible customer service. Failed to reply to three emails when I had a problem. So I rang them. Totally uninterested in my problem. Love the pods and they are fantastic quality, but just keep your fingers crossed there isn't a problem - dont expect any help if there is.
