I am very sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order.
I have taken a look into this, and I can see that the parcel hasn't yet been registered into the Royal Mail systems - However, your parcel is showing up as dispatched on our own systems.
I would fully expect this to rectify itself shortly, however, should you receive no further information within the next 48 hours, please don't hesitate to advise us, so we may raise an investigation into this for you.
In the meantime, I have refunded your original postage costs back to you as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience that has been caused by these delays.
I do hope you receive your parcel soon, and once again please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused to you.
