Unsatisfactory Delivery Time

I ordered frames only, which could have been put in the post the next day, but they took 2 weeks to arrive, and I received no communication explaining why. Although nothing wrong with the frames, they did not suit me, so I needed to return them, and this took 2 e-mails and a phone call before they provided the necessary authorisation and label for me to do this. The refund was done promptly, but no, I wouldn't use SelectSpecs again.

Sorry to hear it took a while to receive your frame on this occasion.

Your order placed on the 5th June was completed and dispatched on the 16th June. We do state that orders are completed and dispatched within 7-10 working days and your order was completed within this time, this allows for frames to be ordered in from suppliers if we do not hold that particular option in stock. Had the order have been delayed we would have contacted you.

With regards to your emails, we offered you an exchange initially as this is sometimes a preferred option from customers.
