Great Service, Great Trip

We recently returned from a fantastic trip to Madrid and Barcelona. Everything turned out as promised. The hotels were lovely, tours were interesting with well informed professional guides. Flights were uneventful and smooth. It was all perfect!

I do want to give kudos to the support I received prior to leaving. when we originally received the hotel information their location was not ideal especially in light of the fact that one traveler in our party required special accommodation. When I contacted Great Value they were very helpful and did their best to assist us. They were very helpful, polite and professional.

The only recommendation for improvement would be to receive the trip information sooner and to have the option of hotel upgrade. All in all we are very pleased with our trip organization and would certainly use them again.
