So so bad ..taken 13 weeks for them to …

So so bad ..taken 13 weeks for them to get my parts ..3 appointments made by them only to not turn up or even phone you..
They book an appointment you double check they have the part!! Yes we have the next appointment always a week away..
Then they don't turn up!!!
16 minutes holding on the phone asking to speak to a manager of (hence nothing comes back to you ) you ask the mgr name to put the complaint in writing !! Nope cannot give a name
What wrong with this company!!
So many complaints on sites why has this company not been investigated!!
