So I bought a guitar (not a cheap endeavor) after wife said "don't buy it online because you can't play it first". I said "don't worry baby, they have a return policy to take that into account". Wow, guitar was not what we wanted (nothing wrong with it) but $40 to return it!! Holy &^{! the few hours I played it to check it out was expensive. DO NOT buy large items here. Strings, etc...sure but do not get trapped into having to send something back. The icing on top, is I called them to say that the return and having to pay shipping means that I'll never do that again. Customer Service says "Uh...Ok, doesn't matter to me". Terrible.
