Customer service?
Visited Evans twice this year and each time the experience was very poor. The staff were rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. Loud music (if you can call it music) was playing and access and location is very poor. Parking for cars is in a private car park (shared with a hotel) that charges £2.00 for an hour, only after I paid and went into the store was I told I didn't have to pay - no offer of a refund or apology. Next time I cycled there and the storage facility for cycles is pathetic. Again the staff were very unhelpful, and acted as if I was interrupting them, they could use some customer experience training.
