Were requested a photocopy of the used credit card, together with the security code. This is the first time for me, when after payment via the Internet, someone calls by phone to request the card number with security code and makes requests for photocopies sendet by e-mail.

Kindly note that the card holder you inserted is different from the guest name. Our request was made to protect the integrity of the card holder.
Also we requested to cover the security code and part of the 16 digits credit card number, this way it would be completely safe to send the documentation.
