Good product poor delivery service
The ordering of my product online was easy and straightforward but the tracking and delivery of my order was far from it!
The dispatch note was emailed on the Sunday saying the item would be collected Monday. No tracking Monday. No tracking Tuesday. No tracking Wednesday. Tracking available Thursday for delivery Thursday. Wasn't amused. Phoned the courier company multiple times and the final time they said the number was too long to be one of their items - but it turned out it was! Will avoid buying on CEX online again because of this!
