My package didn't arrive
I follow my order and it says it already arrived but thats not true. I am in Toulouse, France and the Reference numbers are RS662384837NL and RS661873737NL.
I have not received ANYTHING and I try to contact ZAFUL but is NOT POSSIBLE. The chat does not function neither the Submit Ticket option. When i try to submit a ticket they ask me to connect even though i am already connected.
I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP!
