Bad Customer Services
I will unfortunately not be using TransglobalExpress in the future. Neither can I recommend this service.
Sent 3 status enquiry emails (sales at transglobalexpress dot com) which never got answered. Been promised via the online chat to receive a status update the following working day - never happened. Was once told to receive a callback within 5 minutes during my lunch hour. You guessed it: spent all of my lunch hour staring at the phone.
Initially I thought nobody monitored the email account, but then realised that all communication channels had the same problems. I even told customer services that I'm being ignored, but it seems that my complaint were also just being ignored.
So here's my review: I gave 2 stars, because the initial engagement was quite good (description of the procedure in a voicemail for instance). But once your payment is made and the parcel is collected and handed over to the courier, and especially if you run into delivery issues, you're on your own. I've run out of patience and has since engaged directly with UPS. Got a much greater service here which makes me wonder what the purpose of this 'middleman' company is anyway. Next time I'll spare myself the agony by working directly with the courier.
