Utter incompetence

After searching the Internet for tickets to Adam and the ants. I used this service to buy 2 tickets in the standing area of York Barbican. 2 weeks before the event I was informed that I was to be given a refund as there is no standing area at York Barbican. Never have I experienced such utter incompetence.
To say I am appalled by useless service provided by aledged professional's is an understatement. Never again will I use or recommend this company. I will however share my experience with as many people as possible until I received an apology that has any meaning.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry that your tickets could not be provided.

As we’re a ticket resale website, we provide a secure platform for people to sell on their tickets - we don’t actually own any of the tickets sold online. Regrettably your seller let us know that they made an error when listing and couldn't supply the tickets.

In the rare cases where this happens we will do everything we can to find you replacements, unfortunately there just weren’t any equivalent tickets available so we refunded you immediately.

We're very sorry for any disappointment caused by this experience.
