Avoid like the plague
I had an uneventful 2 day rental, nobody was at the cabin in the carpark or the desk in the airport terminal when I returned (even though it was around 10am on a Sunday) so I dropped my keys in the out of hours box. Later that day, I got an email stating there was a dent in the door and they had taken £640 from my card. They attached a couple of pictures of a tiny dent, I don't think it happened when I had the car but I sent the pictures to Dentmaster posing as a customer - they quoted £90 to repair. Weeks of emails and calls later and they are still refusing to give my money back.
