Ordered a chair on the night of Tuesday 5th January (post 3pm), expecting delivery on Thursday 7th January on next day delivery. Nothing arrived and so I emailed them on the evening of Monday 11th January to ask re delivery. Response was polite and prompt and advised they were waiting stock which had been received that day and sure enough chair was delivered by tracked delivery today Tuesday 12th January. Good price and the chair is good quality, I would use again but it would have been 5 stars if they had advised on stock availability. I don't mind waiting but it would have been good to have been kept updated.
