Customer Service? Genie DVR?

I find it very disappointing that you need to be transferred to a different department and spend another 10 min on hold each time, I just had the pleasure of spending over an hour on the phone due to a know issue that they are having.

After the 3rd transfer and them wanting to transfer me a 4th time I was done. Sure this company will offer you discounts and deals to get you to sign up, but once your in they don't care about you and yes the phone support gets longer unless your buying more things from them.

Lastly the Genie their best DVR and highest device is back in the stone age, the searching and On Demand are terrible. It takes twice as long to go threw to get to anything you want to, and the best of all it will skip your show recordings and when you spend an hour to find out anything all they have to say is its a know issue and they are working on it.

Start caring about retention of your customers Direct TV your service product and prices are out of date and extraordinary high. Don't expect me to be sticking around after being given the circle treatment.
